“8D6N Colourful Hokkaido Trip Review The Itinerary The itinerary was well planned, smooth, and enjoyable. We visited many iconic spots across Hokkaido such as Otaru Canal, Sakaimachi Street, Noboribetsu Date Jidaimura, Hakodate, Lake Toya, Furano, Shirogane Blue Pond, and Sapporo. Each day offered different scenery and experiences, with a good balance of sightseeing, food, shopping, and rest. The Accommodation Hotels were comfortable, well located, and surprisingly spacious compared to typical expectations of Japan hotel rooms. Grand Park Otaru, La’gent Stay Hakodate Ekimae, Rusutsu Resort Hotel Tower, and Hotel Mystays Premier Sapporo Park all provided a pleasant and restful stay. Tour Leader (Ms Cass Hooi) Ms Cass Hooi was caring, responsible, and well organised throughout the trip. She managed the group smoothly from Singapore to return, ensuring everyone was well taken care of and comfortable. Local Tour Guide (Ryuichi Nakamura-san) Nakamura-san was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, sharing insights on Hokkaido’s culture and attractions. Special kudos for his strong support when a group member lost her phone at Haneda Airport. Together with the bus driver, they assisted in returning to the airport to search. Although not found immediately, he continued to help, and the phone was later successfully recovered and returned during the trip. His dedication and effort were greatly appreciated. Local Bus Driver (Takahashi-san) Takahashi-san drove safely and smoothly throughout the journey as well as maintaining the bus cleanliness, making long travel comfortable and secure. Kudos as well for his willingness to assist in returning to Haneda Airport during the phone incident, showing great patience and professionalism.”
